In this fabulous house in Cala Mondragó, we were contacted to carry out a home staging project. The property already had some furniture in place, but the initial proposal did not fully convey the home’s potential or create the connection they were looking for with prospective buyers.
Our goal was to transform the spaces without losing their essence, incorporating our signature style: a very Mediterranean, serene and timeless aesthetic, designed to convey a sense of calm, wellbeing and that feeling of home that is so important when selling a property.
Through a carefully curated selection of furniture, textiles, decorative pieces and styling elements, we were able to give each room its own personality and create a home ready to captivate from the very first moment. Because an empty house, or one without the right decoration, can be difficult to imagine living in, whereas a thoughtfully styled space allows potential buyers to picture themselves living there and form an emotional connection with the property.
But our work goes beyond what is visible. We also pay attention to what cannot necessarily be seen, but can certainly be felt: we introduce carefully selected scents and fragrances through candles and reed diffusers, creating a sensory experience that accompanies visitors and makes them feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
The result is a balanced, welcoming home with its own distinctive identity, where every detail has been carefully considered to create a memorable first impression and highlight the property’s full potential.
