We had the pleasure of working on a unique project in Santanyí, one of the most exclusive and charming areas of Mallorca. Our client entrusted us with an impressive property, aiming to make it even more attractive to potential international buyers. The challenge: to fully furnish and decorate this beautiful house to maximize its potential in the competitive real estate market.

01 Total Transformation: From Empty House to Cozy Home

When we started the project, the property was completely empty. Although the architecture and location spoke for themselves, the empty spaces did not convey the true potential of the house. Our team brought each corner to life, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that allowed buyers to imagine themselves living there. From the living room design to the bedrooms, each space was carefully planned to highlight its unique features. We used a combination of contemporary furniture, Mediterranean decorative pieces, and a soft color palette that reflected the natural light flooding the house. We incorporated light textiles, wooden elements, and natural materials that evoke the beauty and serenity of the surroundings.

02 Inspiring Spaces

One of the focal points of this project was the outdoor area. We created a terrace area with elegant yet functional outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun and garden views. The living and dining rooms also received special attention. We equipped these spaces with decorative details that not only highlighted the functionality of the area but also added a touch of Mallorcan style, which international buyers greatly appreciate. The result was a perfect balance between modernity and tradition, creating an atmosphere where comfort and style coexist harmoniously.
